ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA ONE NEW, 42-INCH DRY DIAZO,TYPE WHITE PRINTING
MACHINE, AND INSTALLING THE UNIT, INCLUDING DUCT WORK,
CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE
SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and
Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, 4P" Dry Diazo-Type
White Printing Machine, and installing the unit, including duct work, in Room 307,
City Hall, No. MS 11-58-12, filed in the office of the City Clerk on November 5,
1958, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 10:05 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 1958, for
furnishing to the City of said printing machine, in accordance with said Specifica-
tions and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall,
Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Pro-
posal for 42" Dry Diazo-Type White Printing Machine', or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star,
a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolu-
tion and of said Specifications and Provisions.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 5th day of November, 1958, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
