AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN DENZIL R.
AND OLGA Y. PATTERSON AND THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, RELATING
TO CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF RECORD OF SURVEY
(2422 ROOSEVELT DRIVE).
WHEREAS, a certain agreement has been proposed by and between Denzil R.
Patterson and Olga M. Patterson and the City of Alameda, relating to certain condi-
tionsEntablished on the approval of a Record of Survey relating to property at and
adjacent to 2422 Roosevelt Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda is familiar with the contents
of said agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to
execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, the aforementioned agreement, and
the City Clerk of the City of Alameda is hereby directed to attest to same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 18th day of November, 1958, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
