WAIVING STRICT COMPLIANCE OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE IN THE MATTER OF SICK LEAVE
OF FRANK ANNIBALE, CITY ATTORNEY.
WHEREAS, Frank Annibale, City Attorney of the City of Alameda, is presently
on sick leave at full pay; and
WHEREAS, said full pay sick leave will expire November 19, 1958; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is fully advised in the premises and, for good
cause shown, believes that the best interests of the City will be served bywaiving
strict compliance with the provisions of the Alameda Municipal Code governing the
matter of sick leave and extending the sick leave of said Frank Annibale at part pay
to and including December 31, 1958;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that,
for good cause shown, and in conformity with the provisions of Sections 2-532 and
2-5311 of the Alameda Municipal Code, the sick leave of Frank Annibale, City Attorney,
be, and the same is hereby extended to and including December 31, 1956, at the pay
rate of Five Hundred Ninety-Eight ($596.00) Dollars per month, beginning November 20,
1956.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 18th day of November, 1958, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
