AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
(AMENDING ORIGINAL AGREEMENT) BY AND BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA AND THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY,
RELATING TO RETIREMENT, RELOCATION, REMOVAL AND
INSTALLATION OF RAILROAD TRACKS ON TILDEN WAY.
WHEREAS, a certain Supplemental Agreement by and between the City of Alameda
and the Southern Pacific Company, which is amendatory to the agreement of February 18,
1957, relating to the retirement, relocation, removal and installation of railroad
tracks on Tilden Way, has beon presented tc the Council for its consideration; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda is aware of the contents of the
said Supplemental Agreement and amendment;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor of the City of Alameda is hereby authorized to execUte, for and on behalf
of the City of Alameda, that certain Supplemental Agreement to the Agreement cf
February 18, 1957, by and between the City of Alameda end the Southern Pacific •Com
nRny relating to retirement, relocation, removal and installation of railroad tracks
on Tilden Way, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to such agreement.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 2nd day of December, 1958, by the following vote, to wit:
