AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OP AGREEMENT WITH SOUTH SHORE
LAND CO. IN THE NATTER OF COMPLETION 0- 100110 10000000
IN THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS UNIT WO. 3,
SOUTH SHORE TRACT YO. 1986.
WHEREAS, the South Shore Land Cp. has prepared for approval of this Council
the Final Map of that certain subdivision known as Unit No, 3, South Shorn, Tract No.
1986; and
WHEREAS, said South Shorn Land Co. has recuested the City Alameda to
authorize the construction of the improvements in said subdivision subsequent to the
approval by the City Council of said Final Map, and has signified its willingness to
enter into an agreement with the City cf Alameda for the construction of said improve-
ments, and to post a bond guaranteeing faithful performance of said work, all in
accordance wit' the provisions of City of Alameda Ordinance No. 1208 New Series; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that it will be to the advantaga and
benefit of the City of Alameda to have said work performed; and
WHEREAS, a form of agreement covering the construction of improvements in
said Unit No 3, South Shore, Tract No. 1986 has been prepared and submitted to this
Council;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL Co THE CITY OF ALAI: DA that
the form of agreement hereinbefore referred to, and all the terms no provisions
ttereof, be, and the same are hereby approved.
010 IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager of the City of Alameda be,
and he is hereby, authorized. to execute said agreement on behalf of tne City of Ala-
meda, and the City Clerk: of the City of Alameda is hereby directed to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution WRS duly
end regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned
regular meeting assembled on time 2nd Tay of December, 1956, by the following vote,
to wit:
