BESOLUTION NO, 5986
APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE PENSION BOARD.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the pro-
visions of Section 3 of Ordinance No, 1079 New Series, as amended by Ordinance
No. 1085 New Series, of the City of Alameda, RICHARD S. DIAMENT be, and he is
hereby appointed to the office of trustee of the Pension Board of the City of Ala-
meda for a term commencing on January 1, 1959 and expiring December 31, 1961, and
to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in reFu-
lar meeting assembled on the 20th day of January, 1959, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
