RESOLUTION NC. 5893
ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL GRADE OF ISLAND ROAD BETWEEN
COUNTY ROAD AND A POINT 336 FEET EASTERLY OF THE
CENTERLINE OF GARDEN ROAD, AND FIXING STANDARD FOR
FUTURE IMPROVEMENT THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the official grade
of island Road between County Road and a point 336 feet easterly of the centerIine of
Garden Road, be, and the same is hereby established in accordance with City Engineer's
Drawing 4722, Case 21, entitled "Official Grade and Improvement Plan of Fecartnoy
Road and Island Road. East of County Road", and City Engineer's Drawing 4596, Case 21,
entitled "Official Grade and improvement Plan of Island Road"; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the future improvement of s aid portion of
Island Road shall conform to the standards delineated and set nut in the Drawings
referred to above, and which are hereby incorporated herein by reference as if fully
set out herein.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 20th day of January, 1959, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Oollischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
