RESOLVED RY THE cou)cil, OF T'-10 CITY OF ALAMEDA thRt the Specifications and.
Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, latest model, medium
size trencher, "Arps" Model M or equal, self-propelled,. equipped with 32" boom, two
rear wheel weights and crumber, 8" cutting blades, No. MS filed in the
office of the City Clerk on February' 17, 1959, bo, and the same Etre hereby approved
and adobted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 1959, for
furnishing to the City of sale. equipment, in accordance with said Specifications
and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda,
California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for
Trencher'', or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject .to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star,
a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolu-
tion and of said Specifications and Provisions.

and reguaarly introduced and adopted by the Council. of the City of Alameda In regu-
lar meeting assembled on Inc 17th day of February, 1959, by the following vote,
to wit:

President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
