AND REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN TRE CITY o'
ALKEDA (CHIPMAN HOUSING AREA) FROM AN R-4-PD
(NEIGHBORHOOD APARTMENT-PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT
TO A Re-5 (GEWIAI APARTMENT) DISTRICT.
RESOLVED BY THE NOUN= OF THE CITY' OF ALAi EDA that pursuant to Section
11-172 of the Alameda. Municipal Code it is proposed by the Council to amend the Cnan-
tor 1, of Title XI, of the Alameda Municipal Cods (Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.) to tMe
extent that t 01tri district boundaries aS set out in Section 11-11.6 be changed to
reclassify and rezone from. an R-g-PD District to an• R-5 District all of that certain
real property situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
I'2 e.t, a poirt on the shnterline of Atlantic Avenue
103 feet, more or lass, west of the centerline of Webster Street,
thence south to the centerline of Pacific Avenue, thence west
or the.centerline of Pacific Avenue tc a POiflt 2,647.45 feet
distant, thence north along the east line of Woodstock Park and
Woodstock School to the centerline of Atlantic Avenue, thence east
along said centerline to the point of beginning.
RESOLVED, t2 00, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to tronsmit a certi-
fied copy or this Resolution tc the Planning Roord of the City of Alameda, pursuant to
Sections 11-171 to 11g177 inclusive, of the Alameda Municipal Code.
