DELEGATING CERTAIN REAL PROFFIRTY. TO PUBLIC USE FOR
STREET AND HIllliCAY PURPOSES (SHORE LINE DRIVE,
PORTION OF 31i DRIVE AND WAIKWAY—WEST FROM
PARK STREET TO D3 (T( ATINUE,
WHE-aFAS, it is desirable and in. the public interest thRt certain property
owned by the City of Alameda be dedicated to nubile 11,59, for public stree,t and. id-
oa purposes, said. property being situated in the City of Alameda, County. of Alameda,
Stato of California, and more particularly described in Exhibit "Al attached hereto
and incorporated herein by. reference as if fully set out herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY. 31 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the real property included in Parcel 1, Parwels 2-A, 2-B and 2-3, as described by
Exhibit 'A" hereof, shall be, and the same is 001 £' dedicated to public ase for
public• street and highway purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the real property included in Parcel 3, as
described by Exhibit "Al' hereof, shall be, and. the same is hereby, dedicated to public
use for pubaic street and• highway purposes; providwd, however, that the herein dedica-
tion does not allow the use of said Parcel 3 by or for automotive or other similar
vehicles.
