WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications, Spncial Provisions
and Plans for the compinte wrecking and/or rforrppfl of the buildlng located: at the
southeast corner of Everett Street and Buena Vista. Avenue, mothered Pid 3-59-3 and
file31 . in the office of the City. Clerk on March. 17, 1959;
NOW THEREFORE, EE 3. RESOLVED BY' THE CORL4RfILL OF THE CITY OF ALAIREDA ttat
the aforesaid Specificationh, Special Provisions and Plans, numbered and filod. as
aforesaid, be, ard the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FUITTHER, that 3 performance and conpletihn of the work speci-
fied in said Specifications =and. Provisions be, and the same is hhreby authorized.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will. receive
sealed hids up to th3 . hour of 10=00 1,1 31 a.m. on TUESDAY, MARCH 3a, 1959 fbr fur-
nishing to the City' of all labor, materials, machinery, tools and equipment necessary
for the work hereinabove referred. to, in accordance with said Specifications and.
Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the it Hell, Alameda,
California, under sealed. cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for
NRchoking andjor Removal of Buildlng at the Southeast Corner of Everett Street and.
Buena Vista. Avenue", or similar designation.

Charter of the City. of Alameda, to the responsible bidder uno submits the best bid.
