RHSOLUTION NO. 592D
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPEC=CATIONS
AND DIRECTING CITY EUGINEER TO PERFORE DUTIES IN CONNEBTION
WITH PROCEEDINGS.
BE 17 RESOLVED by the City Council of thb City of Alameda, Alameda County,
California, that the engineering forces of the City of Alameda are adequate to per-
form the engineering work in connection with. proposed Assassmnt District Nb. 1959-1,
Washington Straet, City of Alameda, County of Alameda, Californ.s; and
BE IT FURTBER RESOLVED that the City Engineer of te City of Alameda is
Lereby directed to do and perform all of the engineering work requLred to be done
and all of the work required to be done by the Superintendent of Streets under the
provisions of the improvement Act of 1911 of the State of California; and
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that the work to be done in said proceedinsA
be done under the supervision of the City Engtneer of the City of Alameda and tb(st
the assessment to be made in said. proceedings shall be made and sig(ned by the City.
Engineer of the City of Alameda; and.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said City Engineer of the City of Alameda
be, and he is hereby, directed to prepare plans and specifications and careful esti-
mates of cost of the work and improvements proposed. to be done in said Assessment
District No. 1959-1, Washington Street, Cit. of Alameda, 501 3-] of Alameda, Coll-
fornie, and. as specified in Resolution of Preliminary Determination No. 5919. passed.
