BOARD OF EUALITZATION FOR STATE ADMINISTATION OF

WHHETEAS, by Resolution No. 5357, the City of Alameen Mae previorely entered
into an agreement with. tbe State Board. of Equalization of the State ob Camrforrle,
relatinn to State administration of Looal Sales and UHe TEX9S; 2nd.
WHEREAS, it is noE deemed desirable, and. In thn be9t interests or the City
of Alameda that such. agreement be amended insofar as periodic transnission of taxes
collected. from the State to tHae City; and
WHEREAS, the proposed ambndment of such ammeemert is on filo in the office
of tHe City. Clerk. of tHe City of Alameda, marked. Flied April 21, 1959 and the
Council of the City of Alamedu is informed and. aware of the contents of such. modifi-
cation of agreement;
NOW THEREFOHEE, BE IT RESOLVED HY TF,E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE ALAMEDA. that
the Idayer of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby,. authorized to exmoute, for
and on behalf cf the City- of Alameda, that certain Amendment of Agreement for State
Administration of Local Saler and. Use Tames referred to above. TEe City Clerk of tido
City of Alameda is hereby directe.d. to attest to sene.
