WEMEAS, on the iHth day of January, 1958, a certain agreement NIA8 entered.
into by and between tne City of Alameda and Pete Alexander, an individual, for the
oonratibn of certain concessions in certain City parks; and
WHLEEAS, it is deemed desirable to modify and extAnd said concession privi-
leges to include the City-owned. beaones southerly of Shoreline Drive, in the Ginty of
AlamAdA, for a period. of time commencing April 1, 1.959 and. revocable at the will of
the City f Alameda; ang
WHEREAS, there is on flie in the office of the City Dlenk of the City of
AlAmAda a copy of the proposed. Modification of Agreement marked "FilAd, April 210
1959", and the Council of the City of AlamedA is inConmed and aware of the 'contents
