APPROVING. FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
2051, RESUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 9, TRACT 1866, SOUTH
SHORE UNIT NO. 1, SUBMITTED 3Y SOUTH SHORE LAND CO.
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and aneroved by this Council
a Tentative Mao of that certain proposed subdivision known as Tract 2051; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision known as Tract 2051 is a resubdivision of Block 9,
Tract 1566, and said subdivider, South Shore Land Co., has previously entered into
an agreement with the City agreeing to construct certain improvements on said Tract
1866, and has posted a faithful performance bond therefor, and further agreement is
unnecessary insofar as Tract 2051; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has filed its Final Map of said Tract 2051 with
this Council for approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Final Map of Tract 2051 be, and the same is hereby approved.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 5th day of hay, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
