APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
2055, RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 2, BLOCK 10, TRACT 1866,
SOUTH SHORE UNIT NO. 1, SUBMITTED BY SOUTH SHORE
LAND CO.
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council
a Tentative Map of that certain proposed subdivision known as Tract 2055; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision known as Tract 2055 is a resubdivision of Lot 2,
Block 10, Tract 1866, and said subdivider, South Shore Land Co., has previously
entered into an agreement with the City agreeing to construct certain improvements
on said Tract 1866, and has posted a faithful performance bond therefor, and further
agreement is unnecessary insofar as Tract 2055; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has filed its Final Map of said Tract 2055 with
this Council for approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Final Map of Tract 2055 be, and the same is hereby approved,

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in re7u-
lar meeting assembled on the 5th day of May, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
