RESOLUTION NO. 59311
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING- SUBORDINATION CF RIGHTS OF
REENTRY TO MORTGAGE CR DEED OF TRUST AS CONTAINED
IN THAT CERTAIN DEED DATED JULY 27, 1955, CITY OF
ALAMEDA, GRANTOR, ROBERT L. WOOLDRIDGE,CRANTEE.
WHEREAS, by deed dated July 27, 1955, the City of Alameda granted to Robert L.
Wooldridge certain real property and a right of reentry was retained by the City in the
event that conditions of said deed were breached; and.
WHEREAS, it has been requested that such rights he subordinated to the encum-
brance of a mortgage or deed of trust to be executed by the American Trust Company,
a corporation; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said Subordination Agreement is on file in the office of
the City Clark of the City of Alameda, marked "Filed, May 5, 1959"; and the Council of
the City of Alameda is informed and aware of the contents of such agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the
Mayor of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby authorized to execute for and on
behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain Subordination Agreement referred. to above.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.

and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 5th day of May, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
