RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE 0101 OF ALA' DA
HESTJESTING PAYMENT BY THE FISCAL AC-ENT OF THE AMOUYr
HELD IN THE OFF-STHEET PARKING SURPLUS REVENUE FUND
TC THE GENERAL FNUD OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article V, Section S.OS (6) o Resolution No 5312,
authorizing the issuance of City of Alameda Off-Streat Parking Revenue :Ponds, the
City's Fiscal Agent, Sank of America National Trust and Savings Assocl$tion, has
accumulated the amount of $24,184.01 in the Surplus Revenue Fund; and
W1EHEAS, said resolution provides that the City Council may, by reoolution,
reouost the Fiscal Agent to transfer to the General Fund of the Clty, to be used for
any lawful purposes, any or all moneya in the Surplus Revenue Fund;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED EY THE COMOII CP THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Fiscal Agent be, and is hereby requested, to pay over from the iurplus Revsnue
and to the General Fund of the City of Alameda, to be used for any lawful purposes,
the amount of 07 4,000.00.

and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 2nd day of jure, 195,9, by the following vote, to wit:
