BOARD FOR ACTION THE MATTER OF THE AMENDMENT OF
ORDINANCE NO. 1277 N. S., RELATING TO PERMITTING

11-172 of the Alameda Municipal Code it is proposed by the Council to amend CLIap...
ter 1. of Title XI of the Alamnda Municipal Code (Ordinance No. 1277 N. S-) to the
extent that a neml subsection. (c) be hdded to Section 11-1335, whic'q wouid read, es
follows:
(c) AtutomobiXe sales and services, used car lots; provided,
nowever, that the restrictions of Sectihn 11-1334 (A),
relating to number of employees allowed, shall not apply
to these uses;
and to the extent that Section 11-1118 (d) be amended to read as follows:
(d) Incidental storage and. accessory ueee, including repalr
