RESOLVED BY TNE COM= OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pur 0)n to Section
11-172 of the Alameda Municipal. Code it is hereby proposed by the Counmil to amend
Chapter 1 of Title XI of the Alameda. Municipal Code (Ordinance No. 1:F77 N.
the extent that thu following subsect1hns moald be amended. to read as follows:

suant to Sections 11-1/1 to 11-J77 inclusive, of thu Alaohda Municipal Code.
