AUTHORIZENG THE ESTABLISHNENT OM AN "EQUIPMENT
RLICEACEMENT FUND---ACCOUTT NO. 526" ON THE BOOKS
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA.
WAEREAS, by adoption of the Budget for the flccal year begimning July 1,
1959 and ending Jane 30, 1959, the City Council created a fund to be (Known as the
"Equipment Replacement Fund" and appropriated. the sum of $50,000,00 thereto; and
WEE :REAM, this fund is to be used for the purchase oft( aoital equipment as
the City Council may from time to timm determine; and
=REAM, sold. fund. will be reimbursed by annual depreciation charges here-
after to be levied apainst the various departments, and by rich other appropriations
as the City Council may dreg! necessary or desirahMe;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ay 11.1 COUNCIL 9 THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
tne "Equipment RrrMacement Fund--Account 526,t) is hereby established, and the City
Auditor is authorized and directed to undertake such steps as he may find appropriate
to effect the purposes set out herein,
