TRANSFERRING $26,636.88 FROM SPECIAL GAS TAX STPEET
IMPROVEMENT FUND, AND $2,134.36 FROM WASHINGTON PARK
DEVELOPMENT FUND, TO THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the following
sums be, and the same are hereby, transferred:
It26,836.88 from the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund (Account
222) to the General Fund (Account 78.92) as reimbursement of expendi-
tures made on Major City Street Projects;
11;2,134.36 from the Washington Park Development Fund (Account 704) to
the General Fund (Account 78.96-A).
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make
said transfers on their respective books and records.

the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 30th day of June, 1959, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
Fresident McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT; None.
