AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME, RELATING TO
INSTALLATION OF CERTAIN FACILITIES AT NORTH END OF
oRAnn STREET. (SMALL BOAT RAMP).
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Fish and Game, has submitted
to the City, for execution, a form of Agreement relating to the installation of cer-
tain facilities at the north end of Grand Street. (small boat ramp); and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of said Agreement
and it is in the pUblic interest that said Agreement should be executed;
NOW THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OE THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
said Agreement between the State of California and the City of Alameda be entered into,
and that the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Alameda, and the City Clerk is authorized to attest the
same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in reFu-
lar meeting assembled on the 7th day of july, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ASSENT: None.
