APPOINTING, MEMBER OF THE CITY PLANNING BOARD.
EN IT RESOLVED NY THE COUNCILS OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination
of the Mayer, ALBERT S. EDGERTON, D. D. S. , is hereby appointed to the office of
member of the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda for t e term commencing
July 1, 1959 and expiring on June 10, 1962, and to serve until his successor is
appointed and is qualified.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in reFu-
lar meeting assembled on the hth day of AuFust, 1959, by the following vote, tc wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT : Councilman Freeman, (1).
