RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBORDINATION OF RIGHTS 02
REENTRY TO MORTGAGE OR DEED OF TRUST AS CONTAINED IN
THAT CERTAIN DEED DATED JULY 27, 1955, CITY OF AIAMEDA,
GRANTOR, ROBERT L. WOOLDRIDGE, GRANTEE (NO. 2)
WEEREAS, by deed dated July 27, 1955, the City of Alameda granted to
Robert D. Wooldridge certain real property and a right of reentry was retained by
the City in the event that conditions of said deed were breached; and
WHEREAS, 1t has been requested that such rights be subordinated to the
encumbrance of a mortgage or deed of trust to be executed by Bank. of America Nation-
al Trust and Savings Association; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said Subordination Agreement is on file in the office of
the City Clark of the City of Alameda,marked "Filed, August 18, 1959", and the Coun-
cil, of the City of Alameda is informed and aware of the contents of such agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT liESOLVED EY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor of the City of Alameda be,„ and he is terebyauthorized to execute for and
on behalf of tho City cf Alameda, that certain Subordination Agreement referred to
above and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.
