FOR INSTALLATION OF STORY DRAINAGE CULYERTS AT THE

WHEFFAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifiyations, Special Provisions
and Plans for the installation of storm drainage culverts at the intersection of
Pacific Avenue and Oak Street numbered PW 9-59915 and filed in the office of the
City Clerk on September 15, 1959;
NOW THEREFORE, BE DT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OY THE CITY 0 ALOIEDA that
the aforesain. Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans, numbered and filed as
aforesaid, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHFR, that the performance and. completion of the work. speci-
fipd in said Specifications and. Provisions he, and the same is hereby authorized.
REOLVED, FURTHER, that thp Council of the City. of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hobT of 10:00 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2, 1R59 for fur
nishing to the City of all labor, materials, machinery, tools and equipment. nacos-
