ADOPTING, SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING. TO THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA ONE (1) DUAL-TIRED TRACTOR FOR GOLF COURSE,
FOUR OR SIX-CYLINDER, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING
CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the SpoclI'Icaticns and
Provisions fax furnishing tc the City of Alameda one (1) dual-tired tractor fax' the
Golf Course, four or six-cylindbr, No. MS 10-59-12, filed in the office of the City
Clerk on October 7, 1959, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23, 1959, for
furnishing to the City of said tractor, in accordance with said Specifications and
Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda,
California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for
Dual-Tired Tractor fax Golf Course," or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star,
a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolu-
tion and of said Specifications and Provisions.

and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of October, 1959, by the follow-
ing vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Coilischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
