AMENDING SALARY RESOLUTION NO. 5965 BY CREATING THE
POSITION OF MOTOR EQUIPMENT SERVICEMAN IN THE GOLF
DEPARTMENT AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARY THEREFOR, AND
DELETING ONE POSITION OF LABORER 1N SAID DEPARTMENT,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMETA that a portion of
subsection 8 of paragraph 2, Section 2, of Resolution No, 5965, he amended by creat-
ing the position of Motor Equipment Serviceman in the Golf Department and establish-
ing the salary therefor, and deleting one position of Laborer in said department,
as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution shall
be October 16, 1959.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the provisions of this resolution shall supersede
those portions of Resolution Nc. 5965, and of any other resolution in conflict here-
with, and all such conflicting rrovisions are, to the extent of such conflict only,
hereby rescinded and annulled.
