BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME,

Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda one (ll new, 19HD or 1960, latest
model, cylinder two ton dump trunk for 13 13 Golf Course, No. MS 11-59-16,
filed in the office of tne City Clerk on Novenbor 3, 1959$ be, and the same are
hereby approved. and adupted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of AlamAda will receive
sealed bids up to thc Lour of 1000 o'clock a. m. on FRIDAY, NOVUBER 03, 1959,
for furnLaninF to the City of said truck, in accordance with said Suer ification
and Provisions. Rids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Ala-
med,,$, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked. on the outside, "Proposal
for two tu dump truck for Gulf Course", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
Thb City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alamwda Times-Star,
notice calling for sea/ed bids, in ahcordanLe with the provisions of this resolu-
tion and ofs aid Specifications and Provisions,
