ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED 3Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and
Provisions for furbishing to tn.:: City of Alamoda one (1) new complete truck, includ-
ing hoist and 6'6' x 10'0" two cubic-yard capacity dump body, Nc, MS 1-60-1, filed.
in the office of the City Clerk on January 19, 1.960, be, and. the same are hereby
approved and adopted.
RESOLVD, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the our of 11:00 o'clock a.m.. on FRIDAY, JAN-UPSY 29, 1960, for
furnishing to the City or said truck, in accordance with said Snecificationo and
Provisions. 'Bids muot be presented to the City Clark, in the City Hall, Alameda,
California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal. for
Dump Truck", or similar designation,
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the p7ovisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best Lid.
The r.ifo,ht is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk Le hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star,
a
net ie nailing fcr sealed bids, in accordance witt the provisions of this resolu-
tion and of said Specifications en0. Provisions.
