provisions of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1138 New Series, of the City of Alameda,
ELWOOD F. HEANEY and PARKER FAVIER be, and they are hereby' appointed tc the office
of member of the Advisory Golf Commission of the City of Alameda, for the term
expiring on December 31, 1962, and to serve until their successor is appointed and
is quplified.

and rosularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
