BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL 0 THE CITY 0 ALAMEDA that pursuant to Oe
provisions of Article X of the Charter of the Gity of Alameda, and upon nomination
of the Mayor, HUGE =AULT is hereby appointed to the office of member of the City
Planning Board of the Gity of Alameda for a term expiring or June 30, 1960, to fill
the unexpired term of Francis G. Macirri, resigned, and to serve until .is suc-
cessor is appointed and is Qualified,
