RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
APPROVING PROPOSED BUDGET FOR ENGINEERING FUNDS
PURSUANT TO SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS AND
HIGHWAYS CODE -- FISCAL YEAR 1960-61.
WHEREAS, a Budget Proposal for Engineering Funds for the fiscal year 1960-
6]. has been submitted to the City of Alameda from the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda is familiar with the contents
of said Budget Proposal;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
said Budget Proposal for Engineering Funds is hereby approved in all its particulars
and the pertinent City officials are hereby authorized to attach their signatures
or certifications to the said Budget Proposal, as required.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 16th day of February, 1960, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
