APPROVING SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
FOR EXPENDITURE OF GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY
STREETS AND AUTHORIZING 1W- EXECUTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department cf Public Works,
Division of Highways, has presented a Second Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement,
in accordance with a project statement submitted for expenditure by the City of the
gas tax allocated under the provisions of Sections 194 and 2107 of the Streets and
Highways Code, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1960, for streets of major impor-
tance other than State highways, in the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of said agreement;
NOW THEREECEE, BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
said project statement be, and it is hereby, adopted as the budget of proposed expendi-
tures cf the gas tax allocated for streets of major importance, and said Second Sun-
plemental Memorandum of Agreement be, and the same is hereby approved, end the Mayor
of the City of Alameda, and the City Clerk, are directed to sign the same on behalf
of 8-id City, said agreement co be binding upon the City upon ita execution by the
authorized officials of the State.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 15th day of March, 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
