ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA ONE (1) PATROLMASTER '500' SPEEDMETER,
OR EQUAL, FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, CALLING FOR
BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAYE.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and
Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) Patrolmaster "500" Speed-
meter, or equal, for the Police Department, No. MS 4-60-3, filed in the office of
the City Clerk on April 5, 1960, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 10:00 o'clock a, m. on TUESDAY, APRIL 12, 1960, for
furnishing to the City of said equipment, in accordance with said Specifications
and Provisions. Sins must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda,
California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for
Sneedmater", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star,
a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolu-
tion and of said Specifications and Provisions.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 5th day of April, 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
