ALAMEDA FOR THE FISCAL YE:U. ENDING JUNE 30, 1961,
GASOLINE; AUTOMDEILE AND MUCK TIRES AND TUBES;
TRAFFIC PAINT AND THINNER; CALLING FOR BIDS ANT
DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF Al.AMESA that the Specifications and
Provisions for furnishing:
Item 1: Non-Premium Gasoline;
item 2: Premium Gasoline,
to the City of Alameda for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1961, No, MS 5-60-7, be,
and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Specifications and Provisions for furnishing:
Automobile and Truck Tires and Tubes
to the City of Alameda for the fiscal year ending June 30, 191, No. MS 5-gO-1, he
and the same are hereby approved end adnpted,
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Specifications and Provisions for furnishing:
Traffic Paint and Thinner
tD the City of Alameda for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1961, No, YS 5-6o-9, be,
and the same are hereby approved and adopted,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Alameda will
receive sealed. bide up to the hour of 11100 a. n. on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1, 1960, for
the furnishing to the City of each and all of the above enumerated supplies, in
accordance with the individual Specifications and Prevlsions therefor. Eids must
be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed
cover and plainly marked on the outside '1 oh the designatimn of the supplies to
which said bid applies. Bids may cover One item or a cembination of items end the
Council reserves the right to let the contract for any of said supplies to one bidder
or several indivieual bidders.
Contract, if awarded, will be awaTded subject to the provisions of the
Chanter of :said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid
for any an all of said sugplies. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star,
notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with one provisions of this resolu-
tibn eEnd of said Scecifications and Provisions.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 17th day of May, 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
