RIDEREAS, a budget for the operations of the City of Alamhdm. for the fiscal.
year 196O-1961 has been prebented to tho Council. for examinatibn and study; and
WHEREAS, the Council has exmardhed and. considered sald budgpt; and
WHEREAS, a. final budget cannot Me formally adosgbd. until after the first
day of September; and
WHEREAS, it is in thh best interests of 301Arld and efficient administration
that a budget be tentatively adopted st this tine;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the certagn document entitled "Recommended Budget, City of Alameda, California,
1960-1961", and marked "Filed ;barb 8 , 1.96CT by the City Clerk, is hereby adopted
as the tentativh budght for the fiscal year 1960-1961.
