APP0INTIN - MEMBER OF THE LIBRARY BOARD.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the pro-
visions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination cf
the Mayor, JOSEPH DUREIN is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Library
Board of the City of Alameda, for a term commencing on July 1, 1960 and expiring on
June 30, 1965, and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 21st day of June, 1960t by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
