APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the pro-
visions of Article X of the Charter of the City' of Alameda, and upon nomination of
the Mayor, RIX KAURER is hereby appointed to the office of member of tho Public
Utilities Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on July 1, 1960 and
expiring en June 30, 196., and to serve until his successor is appointed end is
qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 21st day of June, 196°, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Coliischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5). .
