APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE SOCIAL SERVICE BOA D.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the pro-
visions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, snd upon nomination of
the Mayor, MRS. RUDOLPH STEINMETZ and WELLES WHTTMORE, JR. are hereby appointed to
the office of member of the Social Service Board of the City of Alameda for a term
commencing on July 1, 1960 and expiring on June 30, 1963, and to serve until their
successor is appointed and is qualified-

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced. and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 21st day of June, 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).

ABSENT: None.
