RESOD, D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that ALEC LOW be, and he
is hereby appointed to the office of member cf the Retirement Board, created by
Ordinance No, 673 New Series, of the City of Alameda, for a term commencing on
July 1, 1960 and expiring on June 30, 1962, and to serve until his successor is
appointed end is qualified.

the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled cn the 21st day of June, 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
