AUTHORIZING EXECUTION ON AN AGREEMENT BY Al D BETWEEN'
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AND DON W. JANES RELATING TO
PERMITTED USE OF CITY OFF-STREET PARKING LOT
(CENTRAL AVENUE).
WHEREAS, a form of a7reement has been prepared. relating to the permitted
use of a. City' of Alameda off-street parking lot as a. method of ingreso and egress to
thnse certain premises known as 2306 Central Avenue; and
WEEREAS, the Council is aware and informed of the contnts of sald agpee-
ment and deems it to be in the interests of the City' that such agreement be executed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT N1 0) RY THE COUNCIL OF THE UT= OF ALAMEDA that
the City Managbr of the City of Alameda is hereby authorized to execute, for and on
behalT of said City, that certain agreement by and between the City of Alameda and
DPn W.. James relating to the use of Central Avenue off-street parking lot as a
method.. of ingress and egwess to the premises of 2306 Central Avenue, in the Olt of
Alameda, and also relating to the removal, relocation and installation o certain ,
Lwpwoowments on and abutting said off-street parking lot. The City Clerk is hereby
directed. to attest to same.
