AUTHOPIZING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS
NEOPSSARY FOR THE UTILIZATION OF CERTAIN UNITED
STATES NAVY FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the United States Navy has offered tonake ameailable to the City of
Alameda Recreation DeparMment certain facilities located in the Marine Recreational
Hall, 2144 Clement Avenue, in the City of Alamoda; and
'-EP'A, the use cf.' these faoilitios by the City of Alameda Rocreation
Department would provide improved recreation focilities to the citizens of the City
ef Alameda;
VOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED EY THE COUNCIL OF TP1 CITY. 0' ALAYEDA that
the City Manager of the City of Alamm,:da is designated so the autnorized agent of said
City fel' the varpbse of executing ell docmments necessary for the utilization of said
recreational facillties.
