WHETEAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications, Special Provisions
and Plans for repair of 3') (('0 and minor street patching' with asphalt concrete for
the fiscal year ending June 30, 1951, numbered PW T-60-16 and flied in the office of
the City Clerk on August 2, 1960;
NOW THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP' ALAMEDA. that
the aforesaid Specifications, Spacial Provisions end Plans, numbered and filed as
aforesaid, be, and the same are hereby 00 00 and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURIEHa, that the performance and completion of tha work spapi
fled in said. Specifications and Provisions be, and the same is hereby authorized.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids Jo to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.bh on FRIDAY, AUGUST 12, 196G for fur-
nishing to the City. of aid. labor, materials, machinery, . tools and equipment neces-
sary for the work hereinabove referred to, in ascendance with said Specifications
and.

Charter of the City of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and.
best bid. The right is resepved to roject any or all bids.

on application to the City Engineer, at his ofTice fa the City Hall, Alamada,
California.
