WHEREAS, by motion of the Council on July 19, 1E60 the Superintendent of
Streets was directed to proceed. un0er the provisions of Section 0670 el. seq,, of
the Streets and gdpsnways Cods of the State of California to notify owners or sermons
in poseessimm of the properties. frnnting on the east and west sides of Mound Street,
between. Otis Dmive and Waterton Street, to construct sidewalks, curbs, mutters smd.
