AfNENDING RESCIUTICN NO. 5472 RELATINZ TO MCITTHLY
RENAT. OF PARKING SPACES (SITES A AND CI.
BE RESCIVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Section 6 of
Resolution No. 5472 of the City of Alameda is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 6. There shall be available for rental on a monthly
baeis, upon termb, conditions and regulations set. cut by the City.
Manager, thirty-five (35) parking spaces in Alameda-CentTal Avenue--
Site C Parking Lot, ten. (10) spaces in Webster Street--Site W Parking
Lot, and twenty-five 2 5) spaces in Post Office Court--Site A Parking
Lot; crovic,ied , hmweverm that such monthly rental shall be not less
than Eight ($8.00) Dollars for each parking space, paid in advance;
and provided further, that much rental shall be revocable at the will
and discretion of the Council of the City of Alameda.
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all prior rentals now existing on the basis
of Section 6 above are hereby revoked; provided, however, that existing permbiNhold-
ers shall have the initial opportunity to rert parking spaces at the new rental rate.
