RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the provisions oi this resolution shmil supersede
those portions of Reselution No. 6100, anh. lef any other resolution in conflict here-
with, an all such conflicting provisions aro, to the extent of such conflict only,
hereby re5cinded and annulled.
