BF IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TR. CITY OF ALAMEDA that Section 2, Para-
graph 2, Subsection (h) of Resolution NU, 6103, relating to compensation for and
positions of officers and. employees of the City of Alameda be amended as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the effective date of this resolution shall
be Octobbr 1 1960.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the provisions of this resolution shall supersede
those portions of Resolution No. 6103, and. of any other resolution in conflict here-
with. and 811 subh conflicting provisions are, to the extent of such conflict only,
hereby rescinded and annulled.
