HEREAS, the City- Engineer has prepared Specifications, Speciad Provisions and Plans for
the resurfacing of Fernzide Boulevard between Pearl Street and Thompson Avenue, V. 0100 PD D-60-20
and filed in the office of the City Clerk ch. October 4, 1960;
NOW THEREFORE, BE: IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OR TEE CLIP OF ARAPEDA that the aforesaid
Specifications, Special. Provisions and. Plans, numbered and. filed az aforesaid, be, and the same
are hereby approved and adopted,
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the performance and. completion of the work specified in said
Specifications and Provasions be, and the same is hereby authorized.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up
to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a. my on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 14, 1960 for furnishing to the City of all
labor, materials, machinery, tools and equipment necessary for the work hereinabove referred to,
in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk,
in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and 'plainly marked. on thz outside,
'Proposal for Resurfacing of Feraside Boulevard between Pearl Street and Thompson Avenue," or
similar designation,
