RESOLHEM, by the City Council of the City of Alameda, California, that
WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken, this Council. did. on the 20th
day of September, 1960, adopt its Resolution Mo. 614E, Determining Convenience and. Necessity and
Ordering Changed, and. Modifications, wherein it did increase certaln assessments and reduce others
in the assessment levied pursuant to Resolution No. 5798 of Preliminary Determination snd of
intention adepted„ or. bine 17, 1958;
NOW, TBEREPORE, 12 IS 1) 11 as follows:
That the sums of money in the column designated "Difference Overpaid', in the
Exhibit entitled Road Assessment District 5801", hereto attached and made a part hereof,
marked d' be refunded in cash to the owner of the land upon which the ansessmeat was levied,as
such owner appears upon the current assessment roll-
2- Anere the assessments in said column are not marked "PdA, the SUM of overpayment
shall be applied as a credit upon such assessment or the earliest unpadd installment of principal
and interkst thereof.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted. by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting; assembled pa the
